- Create, optimize, and evolve retention strategies to retain customers
- Work closely with various business units to develop objectives
- Oversee and develop retention campaigns and programs to drive customer retention and sales
- Develop new segmentation and targeting strategies based on customer data and business needs
- Conducting research and analyzing data on current products, services and advertisement to maximize customer engagement
- Managing company's website and create interactive profiles & contents, manage regular posts on social media platforms
- Preferably 3 years of marketing experience in beauty industry
- Solid understanding of the retail and e-commerce industries
- Extensive knowledge of social media platforms and social media analytics
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Dynamic personality, creative and ability to think outside the box
